So, I get a call on a Friday evening. Kevin, we need your help. We are trying to serve a subpoena and we got word that he will be at a park doing a camp for kids tomorrow, Saturday. The conversation went on and oh by the way it’s the Heavy weight champion of the world. We need to have him served because we’re not sure when or if we’ll get a better opportunity. I reluctantly said OKAY, let’s do it. I get to this huge park Saturday morning and basically had to walk the entire park before I located the camp. Here we go, nerves bad at this point. I couldn’t just approach him at any time as he had a lot of people around. I waited and waited, finally he was by himself. I made my move, hey Champ…I’m a hug fan of yours. He says thank you in a friendly tone. I extended the yellow envelope and said you’ve been served. I immediately started apologizing as he looked at me in disbelieve. He looks me in my eyes and said you’re just doing your job and he was kind of expecting it just not at the camp. We had a short conversation, and I got the Hell out of there before he got angry. I tell this story to say you never know what situation or who you will run into. It could have gone left real quick. Make sure you have insurance coverage before you end up in my situations or worse....
