The most interesting thing I've ever seen while on Surveillance.

As you know being a Private Investigator you get to see all kinds of things. It was one time I recall working a surveillance file. The claimant was on workers comp and was claiming a left arm injury. I worked this file several times with hardly any activity. Finally, one day I arrived at his parents’ home where I followed him a few days before. His vehicle was parked in the driveway. I remember it was on a Friday, many years ago. A few hours later, he came outside and began to replace the front and back brakes on his vehicle. This went on for a few hours. Afterwards, I followed him to a farm on the South side of town. He began to milk a cow and play with other animals. Of course, I could not remain in my vehicle in order to get the video footage of him on this farm. Remember, always have a change of clothes, dark colors that would not stand out in the woods or camouflage. He stayed on this farm for several hours before traveling back home. I would say about 2 weeks later, the claimant had a medical appointment. At his appointment, he was asked to remove his shirt, due to his left arm and shoulder injury because every time at his appointment his arm would be swollen. He never would take his shirt all the way off he would just roll up his sleeves far as he could. Well, this Doctor kept insisting he take his shirt off. Long story short, he was wrapping a large rubber band around his upper arm out of view to cut off the circulation to his arm, which caused it to swell. I heard he still received a huge settlement even with all the video obtained and getting caught with a rubber band around his arm. I say this to say, you never know where you will end up during the day, whether in your vehicle or in woods. That’s why it’s mandatory to have insurance coverage in place to take care of your family.
